Bio: Hey everybody. So, normally I work off of Fanfiction.net under the pen-name Rem-Cycle, but at the urging of a good friend, I have begun uploading a fic that I promised some time in early 2005 up here as I work to finish it. I hope you all enjoy, installments should be pretty regular through this first year of the three-year story, but may have longer gaps of time between posts after that. Please review it if you read it, and give me a chance to work out some of the kinks. I live for constructive criticism.

And before you jump down my throat for characterization, let's just remember, Lyle is a *manufactured* sociopath, so this first bit shows a somewhat different side of him. Don't worry, we'll get into the nitty gritty stuff soon. That said, if you have a queasy stomach or don't like detailed depictions of violence, this story is not for you.
