Miss Parker calling Jarod an idiot lol. I love that they are comfortable with each and cozy there at the end even if Jarod wanted her to confide.

 It comes through in your writing that she is hurt by Jarod's assumptions although I can understand how Jarod arrived at those assumptions.

Ok got it. She had come in through the back door which leads into the kitchen and the stain was on the other side so she only saw as she was leaving through that same back/kitchen door. Make sense. That's the door Jarod would choose because the front might be monitored. Sydney is so gardeny and you mentioned gardens and the back door would be obscured by the gardens and trees so yeah. I have to get this straight. You write so clear that it's easy to understand.

Hell of an entrance Jarod made. My favorite part was probably the "abort button for Jarod" part. Parker and her snark. lol.

I think I needed a trigger warning. The medical stuff always bothers me. The way Sydney was confused thinking he was a kid back in the concentration camps is realistic and in keeping with the original series. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. Sydney's in character. You always write them all in character.

Sydney is right. The world forgot and history is repeated. There are innocent refugee children in concentration camps in the United States and they will be alone this holiday and some are sick. Too many have died.

This seems really personal to you. I think I understand something about you that I never knew. You feel stuff really deeply. He helped Ethan because that's his blood. He doesn't see that Lyle and Kyle and Ethan were all raised by Raines and he never had any sympathy for Lyle at all. I'm glad Parker laid out the truth the way she did but not in a cheesy way. She still doesn't trust Lyle or Jarod or anyone and I don't blame her. Jarod would still have his doubts no matter what Lyle said. But at least the truth has been said. I feel sorry for Lyle. I used to always feel so bad for him. He didn't have the love Jarod did. He didn't have Sydney. Raines just wanted people to do his evil deeds for him. Sydney wanted to mold Jarod for greatness and knew he'd have to show respect and be kind to do that. Aversion therapy explains so much and I prefer that as a way to go forward than if Parker were just really bad like she is on the tv show, but assuming this had happened she wouldn't have to feel like she needed to be forgiven. I always imagined that for her and Jarod to be eventually be together she would feel really obligated to be really sorry and like she has to earn his love and try to compensate to be worthy. I hated that thought when I was younger watching the tv. I like this so much more.

The Ementine drug causes vomiting and naseau and can cause ulcers and other problems. My shrink uncle knows about this therapy. He asked to see this and I showed him. He didn't realize it was fanfic but after reading you has a really high opinion of fanfic. I love that Jarod's reaction to Parker being tortured with this therapy is the very reaction Parker would have had all the times they showed her pictures of Jarod, or whatever is was, to make her averse to him. Vomiting. I hope I'm not wrong to assume much. Jarod's thoughts were that they punished her because of him and Raines wanted her loyalty so they had to do something to turn her from Jarod.

You give us all of the details but do it in just a few words.

The horror show part, Miss Parker having to help Jarod. I asked my shrink uncle if he knew why Jarod would want the uninjured eye bandaged too and gah you are a genius! You're really familiar with first aid and medicine. The eyes would both track and that could injure the already big mess going on in Sydney's eye. You gotta bandage both. I get stabilizing the object and not removing it and especially not in a dirty place like that. The ng tubes... oh, gah. Force feeding or was that for torture purpose only?
