Title: Chapter 28: The Dance We Do
Oh, my GOD I Know that song. I KNOW IT. It's Peabo Bryson. If Ever You're In My Arms Again... this time I'll love you much better... there's something between us that won't ever leave us there's ...... A second once in a lifetime isn't too much to ask.... awwwwwhhh. I love that damn song! I belt that jam on my morning commute and people be looking like wth.
I know what it is yougun. You see a doctor regularly don't you? That doctor is probably about oh, 60? Right? I'm right? And loves the old songs? They have satellite 80s much? You probably see another OLDER doctor too that likes the 50s and 60s. Music education and healthcare all in one right?
Or you shop? I guess everyone goes shoppig? I hear Foreigner everytime I shop. I know all of the lyrics to all of the 70s and 80s tunes because of doctors, dentists, and kroger.
It was that sitting on a pebble by the river song today while shopping for pasta. Lord.
They be killing me (NOT SOFTLY) at shops, They played THat WAS Yesterday by Foreigner twice one time while I was shopping, damn those glitches in the satelite radio matrix and I had learned the song by the end of the shopping trip. lol.
Doctors/dentists/stores: you missed the 70s abd 80s and thought you could escape it, but here you go, no Taylor or Duo LIpa for you, instead have some Sitting On A Pebble By The River Playing Guitar WONDERing if we're ever gonna get THAT Far bro is Killing Me (NOT Softly) with HIS song.
I like all of the music too. That's the werid thing. I'm a Taylor fan too tho.
This whole chapter is brlliant. I mean damn..
"never enough to forget his touch and just how much she hated his touch.
And just how badly she craved his touch—as if it was something illegal, snagged off the street, injected into a vein.
The cure was the curse; the curse was the cure."
Fucking amazing.
