Her life is danger and the power dynamics are messed up. Consent isn't consent if saying no can make someoen in even more danger. I love you for addressing this but also highlighting Jarod's darkness. I've always believed he was capable of doing this and was expecting to see it every single season. After stealing that one man's kidney jarod can do any bad thing.

Where is the lie? Bro won't never figure it out if he keeps wearing a different face. Snap, Jarod only thought he killed Mr. Parker. I was afraid it was Jarod lying with no drugs responsible, but he meant to do it. Parker is wishing Jarod had actually shot him and killed him. She couldn't shoot her Daddy and that's disappointing in some ways but true to her character because girlfriend behaves like she's had her brain drycleaned each time Mr. Parker does something terrible. She forgets by the next episode lol gotta love craig and steve.
Children aren't that forgiving nowadays. We call parents out on their bullshit and cut them out of our lives like we got a brain.
