Title: Chapter 20: Chapter 20
Right this isn't their fault and as long as they don't have children it shouldn't matter at all. You know what? You're the only author to do this [and plausibly] and the only one to delve into shifty G and his crimes. That was completely glossed over during the TV series. Parker basically accused him and he denied it and called it teenagers messing around and used her "twisting" of facts as ammunition to call her a liar about Raines too, but I believe her. Jarod does, too. He probably met Guissepe for that reason. I think it had little to do with Raines. Knowing a child by his works or whatever that bible verse was.... it was about Gusissepe I think now in hindsight and his crimes and hiding behind the church. It all makes sense now. No one ever wrote about it and I never thought about it. But you have. Maybe Jarod was trying to break the religious curse eve then. You really make me think. Please continue.
Author's Response: Hi, Renea Collins. I tend to agree when I try to seriously consider the scenario, but, ugh, god, I don't like the scenario.
I agree with what you're saying about the digit breaking moment, too. It did sound like Parker was accusing broken-finger dude of sexual assault.
And, yeah, that bible verse part was perhaps about knowing broken-finger dude by his works, maybe Jarod was sending a message to Parker that he believed her. Huh. Weird.
Thank you for reading and reviewing.
