This one was good.  A quick ending, but another theme to add onto the pretender series world. A true favorite read into all these different themes.

Yes, the ending was sappy, and a bit of a switch from previous the action-packed chapters; however, overall, the story was wonderful. Miss Parker and Jarod were very true to charcter and Charlie was a nice blend of their personalities. I'm glad you didn't added the chapters after at the Centre--having them ride of into the sunset that easily wouldn't have been realistic (though neither was a wonded Jarod and MP fighting off a dozen sweepers. : ) ). Anyway, I always seem to enjoy your work and this was no exception.
