It's so dark and like watching an episode from our old wonderful tv series the Pretender. Thank you for keeping them alive and in character. I hope you'll keep Sydney alive for the end of this but I know how it is. I know you love Sydney so much too though. I hope Jarod and MP will get closer or at least be friends again. Satan. lol. I love it love Parker's reaction to it. She totally knew it was Jarod. Her shock at how Jarod hurt Lyle was surprising and not surprising to me. What really caused a big hammer striking metal sound to me was the enormous reaction she had to shoving Jarod and screaming no at him and trying to tell him to keep his shit together. She shocked herself and there's that unspoken no-touch contract between them. But I still want to know what happened during that weekend the spent together that you mentioned in an earlier chapter. Was there touching involved? Is that why she's so shocked? Or is she shocked because they didn't touch then either. You perfectly capture these characters and their circumstances and all of the nuances. I can read this forever. Please don't let it end too soon. I already want more. Thank you so much and stay well.

Holy wows. Willow is amazing 🤩 . I love how sweet she is with Jarod and wise too. Lyle is lots like my cousin during mania phases of bipolar, it was really hard to deal with him. Jarods dislike of Lyle is so on poin and I like how you cover so much so well with seemless transition. This is so addictive. Please post more soon and please please update your other stories too.

Profound! I'd like to read more of this style, a more forgiving and compassionate Jarod. I love the idea that he's working with horses, helping abused animals, helping abused Lyle. Craig and Steve should have explored more of that and had Jarod try to help Lyle who did experience more abuse than Jarod ever did, and more abuse than Kyle and Ethan. It was so weird that Jarod wanted to help Ethan and Kyle and abused people but overlooked Lyle and the hell he survived. The abuse he suffered and his mother Catherine's mental illness figures here a great deal if I'm not wrong. That kiss. Wow. I never thought of shipping Jarod and Lyle. The mind reals. I can see them hooking up at least once now. Thank you for this glimpse at your early work. Brilliant stuff Mirage.

It's inappropriate to be critical of someone else in a review for my fic. I'm not competing with anyone (except myself). I don't want to be compared with the men who created this series. I am not their enemy. Nor am I eager to acquire enemies. The mention of them casts a shadow on the positive comments you wrote. This is a fanmily- we don't want a dysfunctional fanmily, do we? No, we don't.

Oh, beautiful and eloquent prose. It kills me. I love it. So many updates and they are all so professionally styled! I keep thinking what we did to deserve this and then I remember I haven't shared you on twitter or facebook for a little while.... is that it? You will write for us if we DON'T share you? That's not fair. We want to share so everyone will get to read you. It's like ice cream..when it's good we want to give everyone a taste. I'll try not to be too overly enthusiastic but I love you and I love this and I need more. Only complaint is the chapters are so short. I love that you keep it real and keep them in character and have comedy in this but you also talk about condons and dental dams and revelant info that needs to be openly discussed with no taboo or shame.
