I'm a senior in college working for an English degree and a masters in education. I'm far too obsessed with The Pretender for it to be healthy, but hey aren't we all? My greatest pet peeve is when people ask what my favorite TV show is and when I say tP they have never heard of it. :(
My previous penname was Aqua, but I changed it to TLM. So if these stories sound familiar. You may have read it on another site.
Sometimes I forget that I'm writing fics or refuse to update for months at a time and I realize it's quite annoying but what can I say? I'm a moody writer that way. Just harass me a lot and that will probably help.

I love this, and the look into Miss Parker's thought process. It really conveys the hopelessness of their situation. Great job.
Reviewer: TLM SignedThis was so sad, but lovely. Good job.
Reviewer: TLM SignedMy God, I just read both parts to this story and now I'm just beyond upset. This was wonderfully done and I think I'm going to go cry now.
Reviewer: TLM SignedGreat story, but all of yours are. And I can truly testify to this because I've spent the last week or so carefully reading every story you have posted onto this site. You could say I became quite the fan. You stay so true to the characters and deliver such unique and believable storylines. Thanks for some really great reading!
Reviewer: TLM SignedI just read this story and really really enjoyed it. So unique and thoughtful. Your writing was lovely and I loved the struggles with trust and forgiveness because those have always been the issues with these characters, and this was just taken to the breaking point. Great job.
Reviewer: TLM SignedThis is so random, but I just sat down and read your entire story for these past few hours and I loved it. Very few people can pull off the J/MP relationship properly and you really did. Your writing was wonderful and even if this is a couple years late, you did a great job and you should know you made my night!
Reviewer: TLM SignedI loved this even if I am a bit late reading it. You keep the banter between them so perfectly adorable and hilarious. Fantastic job.
Reviewer: TLM SignedOh boy I just read your story and am so sad. It's so depressing to think it could end that way. You did a wonderful job with it. It's good when someone goes for something other than "they lived happily ever after" because the bitter truth is The Centre is a dark powerful place. It's not unrealistic for them to win in the end. Great job.
Author's Response: Thanks soo much. Usually i get crucified for that ending...lol. Nice to know not everyone hates it. So many stories all in the same way, so i figured... hey, what if Lyle actually won for once? woudlnt that be cool.
This was incredibly sweet and the best happily ever after J and MP could ever wish for.
Reviewer: TLM SignedOh brilliant. I was sad until I read the last few paragraphs. Great job on this one. Very typical what Jarod and Miss Parker might pull!
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the twisted ending. It was so much fun to write.
This was posted a long time ago, but I just read it and wanted you to know how beautiful I found it. Really great.
Reviewer: TLM SignedWhat a wonderful little story! Took me way too long to discover it, but it's truly great.
Reviewer: TLM SignedJust read this and it's a beautiful story. I especially love the ending because how could it end any other way? Sad, but great.
Reviewer: TLM SignedWow. This was one of my favorite series back in the day. It's so good to see this story again. I'm glad you reposted it.
Reviewer: TLM SignedThank goodness for the random story rotation or I may never have discovered this lovely piece. It's really wonderful, you really painted the complexities of their relationships perfectly.
Reviewer: TLM SignedI absolutely love this. You have such a special way of writing, I was entranced.
Reviewer: TLM SignedWhere's the next chapter??? Very good start.
Reviewer: TLM SignedI just read this whole story all the way through and it's really great. The whole time switching thing makes it so interesting (a thought we both seemed to have when writing our stories!). Keep it up and I'll be waiting eagerly for your next chapter!
Reviewer: TLM SignedOooh I really like this, Jacci. Very unique and interesting. Keep it up please!
Reviewer: TLM SignedMy my my, I just read this entire story in one sitting and it was one hell of a ride. Please continue, it's so captivating. The end to this chapter was so sweet.
Author's Response: thanks! I guarantee the next few chapters will make the ride much sweeter!
Very nicely done as usual! You're really keeping the characters real to who they are and the plot doesn't even seem too out of place. Keep it coming!
Author's Response: I thank you humbly.....that is an incredible compliment! I was hoping that I was achieving just that but.......one can never know what others think.
This story is fantastic. You really have the characters down and the fragility of Jarod and Parker's relationship. I can't wait to read more!
Reviewer: TLM SignedAw thank you for shoving this down my throat. You're very good with this kind of emotional work. It's that beautiful tragedy thing. I'm with you though in that the end really is a bit happy, even if it doesn't seem so on the surface. It was as much as they could have hoped for.
Author's Response:
Aw, thanks TLM
And about the end, that's what I was thinking as well. The story in itself is really an attempt at an end. And the pretty, fluffy, fairytale (although very entertaining and working in its own right) just doesn't fit my perception on how it would happen.
Hm...maybe I should force you to read my fics to prove a point more often *grin*

Aw I just read this thanks to your plug over at the forum. You did such a great job. Miss Parker + Christmas time = ensuing hilarity, you captured it perfectly. Oh and I'm glad Jarod hadn't found his family and Parker was still bitter after ten years because some things don't change and it just makes everything more interesting when it isn't "happily ever after" perfect. You don't need romance for Jarod to care. All you need are pliers and a hammer! Thanks T! What I really wanted to accomplish in this story was a Christmas story that (in my head at least) fitted in the current pretender universe, without any major backdrop changes. After all, not everything has to be ok for you to have a marry Christmas. *gets of soapbox* So glad to hear you liked it. Hm, perhaps I should do more shameless plugs..? And this may just have the last bit of encouragement I needed to come good on a promises I gave to my reviewers sometime in January...but it all depends on muse. Besides, if she freezes on me I'll just edit this part out, be like it never happened.
Author's Response:
This was a really geat, incredibly suspenseful story. I couldn't stop reading it. When I haven't updated my story, just keep in mind it's because I'm busy reading all of yours. ;)
Author's Response:
