She’d chased the legendary Jarod in a game worth their lives and won. Legend told of her refusing the Chairmanship, instead asking for freedom. Legend told how They laughed.

As the last of the Parkers it was her duty to take charge of The Centre, to run it as Parkers had for generations. It was her duty to take some lives and destroy others.

She did. She runs The Centre now and you can only tell she’s dead inside if you look into her eyes.
