Jarod getting down to the philosophy of salad on Miss Parker's behalf. Her words to the waitress tehehee. Crude but I can hear Miss Parker say that. They grow closer here, go back to the beginning again in a way and her calling him a drama queen is spot on. Miss Parker is imparting some wisdom based on experience am I right? The choice to leave the Centre or work with Jarod was never obvious so she awards that same understanding and mercy to others. Your ability to develop the characters into something that looks more functional is amazing.

LOVE. So cool how Jarod is rolling it over and over and confusing the waitress who could have brought a salad using ingredients from other dishes. OmG. That was so funny. But there were serious parts as well. Nicely balanced. Just when I think I can't be more amazed with Mirage Mirage goes and pulls out all the stops. I love your writing. I'm intringued and impressed by your insights, storytelling and writing Mirage. The story is plausible and brilliant, the characters are as I remember them. I saw no typos. I love that the pair wax philosophical and pyschological and communicate like adults. Miss Parker wasn't catty about Rachel but instead tried to rationalize to make Jarod feel better and maybe she wasn't talking only about Rachel but herself as well. I think Jarod too was thinking of Miss Parker who had the illusion of choice. Jarod made a valid point but then bam Miss Parker returned with an equally valid point. There may be a choice. The choice may not be obvious. Deep. Honestly I wish you were writing the novels either with or instead of the creators. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. All the best and until next time...
