This is so raw and sharp... so amazingly freaking written. Jarod finding Parker with Kyle. Later, seeing Miss Parker smoke like that kind of hurts you know? Because she is so devastated and unhappy. That wall is up and she is hurting herself so much. She does that. She did it on the show. Life goes on... but it's so miserable for her. You write so well. I feel it all Mirage.

I absolutely loved this! I really did.:) I can't wait to come back and read more. All the characters feel very spot on. I didn't jump to this story right away because by the summary, I thought it would be a Raines/Kyle centered story with Jarod long since dead and having no parts in it.
Instead I opened paradise. The use of the vocabulary and clear detailing really made this a fantastic read. You captured the characters extremely well, and as soon as Jarod took her from the Centre, I was hooked. This is a new and interesting world you've painted up in here. Keep splashing.

I LOVE this story. Did Parker have sex with Kyle? I still know nothing definite after reading...damn Mirage I love the suspense but you are killing us!! I can't wait for the next chapter to see Jarod and Miss Parker working together..squeee. My heart goes boom.. You are a genius!

The song that was interrupted had to be something by Air Supply only because Jarod joked about the band with the Junkie biker dude in one episode. I think a power ballad would be great and it is a "much older tune" so yeah def. Making love out of nothing at all or something.. "but I'm never gonna make it without you do you really wanna see me crawl" and then Jarod unplugs it. I love that we can decide. I love this fic too. I didn't see any of that coming and wow, to hook Kyle and Miss Parker up is so perfect. I'm glad he's alive. He was killed too soon, BOTH TIMES. If you have to kill him, do it way later please? Keep this coming. I love it. So vivid and beautiful. I can see my characters and look they just like Andrea and Michael.

Haha. Oh, no, not Air Supply. Sometimes, that band finds its way onto my itunes or spotify (etc)- they aren't so horribly bad. I'm not ashamed to admit it: I have a Karen Carpenter rainy days and Air Supply (and Barry Manilow) (and Kenny Loggins) (and Bread- sing along now: "lost without your love, life without you isn't...") playlist that I spin from time to time (when I'm not blasting my ears off with Metallica, Nine Inch Nails, Radiohead, Muse, Airborne Toxic Event, Cold war kids, and Imagine Dragons). Oh, I understand. I didn't see it coming either. I agree. Kyle was killed off far too soon (it's a bit like saying the lead character is killed too soon- there's never a good time to kill Kyle). Yay Mirage update. Definitely something from the 80s this time...the song that was clipped. I'd go with Here I go again by Whitesnake "And I'm gonna hold on for the... " and then silence. Love this story. I love that you are giving the shippers more Jarod and Parker like we asked for. EVEN though you can't stand that ship. Excellent job. and WHoo very mysterious the symbols and stuff and oohhh human trafficking. SOmeone needs to do somethign about that. The Muse won't allow me to do that (I'm beginning to doubt her loyalties to Miss Parker) (what if my Muse is a Jarod fan?) (*googling how to "get rid" of a Muse*). Mirage thank you so much for this. Your words are so beautiful. I cried reading the notes at the top. You are right there are no words. But there is hope. There is escape with your writing. The chapter was profound and I love all the Jarod and Miss Parker action. No one not even PretenderSteve and Craig had human trafficking so I hope Jarod and Miss Parker will work together to save those girls before something irrersible happens to them.
