And I know in your authors note you said it was an obvious plot, but you know in all my Pretender reading, I don't think I recall another story with a similar AU-verse. So, have at it m'dear! The fact that there's going to be some loss of virginity backstory (non-con or otherwise), makes me even more anxious to see where you'll take us.
Not only am I looking forward to the story, but I can already tell you're going to be introducing me to some fabulous men's fashions as well. Jarod can certainly be a bastard, but he also can be quite nice to look at. :) And you know I love Parker when she gets to remind us that she too is a Red File.
I'm glad you're back for yet another reason, since I wanted to respond to your kind comments on my review, but I didn't even think of that little 'contact' button. But now I shall! Have a fabulous July 4th beach weekend!

Hello, Jane and thanks. I do quite a bit of r & r and as of yet, I don't recall seeing this plot either but it's been pestering me for years. Hmm, about the virginity thing- I still haven't decided when/where/who/how, but I've received quite a bit of feedback and it's astounding how many P/J shippers there are, and how many want (non-consent or otherwise) the moody, adult Jarod to be the adult untouched Parker's first. God! And people called ME insane when I wrote FON, haha. I'll be putting that off until I get a better idea of what this thing is.
Jarod is essentially your typical narcissist in this fic, I'm afraid, and he spends a ridiculously large amount of money on himself, he's a rude, unfeeling bastard with a soul of ice but he will be fairly well dressed, I think.
