Ahh! My goodness. It's so beautifully Angelo, and beautifully Sydney. You seem to think about them in quite the same ways I do. I'm enjoying this very much.

Author's Response: Lol, it's nice to find a like-minded writer sometimes, isn't it?? And it seems we both have very similar takes on our characters...

Well done!  I liked this very much.  You certainly captured the very essence of Angelo.  Sydney always knows the right questions to ask!!!!

Author's Response: Thank you Phoebe! I do believe that for character musings, the best thing you can say to an author is that they stayed true to the essence of the narrator, so I'm really pleased by your review!

Title: Chapter 1

Very interesting and compelling take on Angelo.  You captured how fractured his mind is--overloaded from all the messy emotions around him.  Great choice of details--the giggling, the humming.  The color imagery was perfect; it's the kind of analogy most authors would never think of.

"Yes he could feel them all, but could even one of them feel him?"

Kills me.  Great job.

Author's Response: Thank you very much MP!

Angelo was always a bit of a mystery to me so I figured if I could write something in his voice, I'd be closer to understanding him... well, it didn't work, he's still mysterious, but it was a very entertaining experience.

As for the color imagery, it came from the fact that to me, Timmy is still a very important part of Angelo and children are fascinated by colors, especially bright ones...

Once again, thank you for reviewing!
