Aw thank you for shoving this down my throat. You're very good with this kind of emotional work. It's that beautiful tragedy thing. I'm with you though in that the end really is a bit happy, even if it doesn't seem so on the surface. It was as much as they could have hoped for.

And about the end, that's what I was thinking as well. The story in itself is really an attempt at an end. And the pretty, fluffy, fairytale (although very entertaining and working in its own right) just doesn't fit my perception on how it would happen.
Hm...maybe I should force you to read my fics to prove a point more often *grin*
